TECHNICAL SERVICE DIVISION

Our Technical Services Division forms an integral part of our operations and continues to make an active contribution to our on-going growth and success as an organisation.

The goal of our Service Team is "TOTAL CUSTOMER SATISFACTION" from the moment you contact our Customer Service Support Centre until our "Engineers" resolve the service call or supplies are delivered.

CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT CENTRE

The Customer Service Support Centre is the initial point of contact, providing quality first line of support for service or supply requests. All calls are scheduled to ensure our customers receive timely response to their service and supply needs.

We understand that downtime of office equipment is costly to businesses, therefore we have implemented the following procedures to minimise this.

  • Our warehouse and stores area dispatch supplies from our comprehensive stock range daily, while all incoming machinery and equipment is rigorously checked and tested to ensure trouble free installations.
  • Our engineers are trained by the original equipment manufacturers and regularly upgrade their skills and knowledge through on-going training. Each of our engineers carries extensive spare parts in their vehicles with the option of quickly sourcing other parts from our warehouse. Even in the rare instance that we do not have a part in stock, our relationship with national suppliers means other parts can be freighted from anywhere in the country overnight.
In addition, should the equipment require our service, we guarantee response by our engineers in less than four hours.
